REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the life sciences, clinical research, or healthcare technology sectors.
  • Hands-on experience managing mid-sized accounts or supporting large-scale accounts in a CRO or related environment.
  • Experience conducting business reviews and providing performance insights to clients in regulated or highly scrutinized industries.
  • Track record of effectively planning and managing the scope and life cycle of a project, while balancing multiple stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience working with global cross-functional management teams and successful relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and leaders.
  • Exposure to technology platforms for clinical trial operations, with a focus on payments, budgeting, or financial workflows.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial lifecycle processes and the associated financial implications, such as contract management or site payments.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Experience in client-facing roles, with a background in project or program management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build client relationships and influence decisions.
  • Solid analytical skills, including familiarity with financial metrics.
  • Adaptable and proactive problem-solver with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across functions.
