REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors Degree

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ Years of management and relevant experience in higher education, staff and executive recruitment, and/or corporate executive training
  • Excellent consultative sales and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written & oral command of English
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with diverse audiences in terms of nationality and cultural context
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations diplomatically and respectfully
  • Great organization and time management skills
Responsibilities

Student Recruitment:

  • Lead the team on identifying and building relations with prospective EMBA candidates
  • Ensure high quality customer consultative sales service to all candidates – positively influencing their views of the program and the School
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, e.g. students, alumni, faculty, to contribute to engagement activities
  • Manage EMBA recruitment results through analysis of candidate and external data - innovate as appropriate.

Admissions & Advising:

  • Focus on a customer centric approach to foster a positive end to end experience regardless of the candidate’s outcome
  • Lead on the advising of EMBA prospects and applicants on admissions policies, procedures, and financial support options
  • Assist in the evaluation and assessment of students’ applications and provide decision recommendations
  • Collaborate with Assistant Director of enrollment operations on application processing operations

Engagement Activity:

  • Input in developing strategy & the planning of owned and third party physical and virtual engagement activities focused on executives
  • Lead on creating activity content relevant to the program and target audience
  • Collaborate with the team in the management of all engagement activity operations
  • Establish objectives and measures of success for each type of EMBA engagement activity

Corporate relations and partnerships:

  • In collaboration with key stakeholders and internal business partners develop, grow, and/or maintain strategic relationships with companies sponsoring students.
  • Assist with the identification of strategic channel partners for lead generation
