Associate Director, Sustainability Transformation Lead Barcelona (Spain), Maastricht or Delft (The Netherlands) or Paris (France) Lead the sustainability transformation at dsm-firmenich. Develop and support execution of business roadmaps as our Group Sustainability Transformation Lead. Close collaborate with the CSO, Group Sustainability Leadership Team, and cross-functional partners to drive positive impact, manage change, improve operating models, and track performance. Your Key Responsibilities: Support development and execution of sustainability roadmap and priorities with the CSO and leadership team. Align and engage cross-functional teams for transformation initiatives that drive positive impact. Manage transformation timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Champion change management and foster a culture of improvement. Support the CSO and Group Sustainability Leadership Team in decision-making and meeting preparation. Past experience in Business consulting, preferably in the strategy and/or sustainability space. Expert communication skills both verbally and written. Expert level in use of Microsoft suite.
