The Associate Director, Talent Development will have the primary responsibility for leading and executing talent management and leadership development initiatives for the Consulting Staff. This role will oversee and project manage development programs, competency models, and the performance review process – ensuring that results align with firm objectives. The Associate Director, Talent Development will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze developmental trends and strive towards enhancing employee engagement, growth, and retention.
