Description

Key Responsibilities Owning the end-to-end development of Non-Retail Payment & Collection Products to drive business growth in the transaction banking space. Developing business strategies and defining development initiatives to position our products within Malaysia. Co-ordinating implementation of development initiatives, rollout and implementation planning of cash products, based on sound business case and implementation strategies. Working with various touch-points in the Bank to enhance existing products or to develop new products, based on customer needs, competitor benchmarking, and market research. Addressing day-to-day business process matters such as technical support, operational issues, client service support, legal documentation and any other related tasks assigned Supporting in the compliance gap analysis study and clearance. Supporting and preparing for the bank’s or PayNet’s audit activities. Ensure all products adhere with the regulatory requirements (eg. BNM FEA, PayNet). Supporting continuous system enhancements /customization based on customer requirements. Ensure all SOPs are reviewed and updated with the guided procedures. Driving the solution for Customer Deal Review Driving and be actively involved in the RFI, RFP, vendor outsourcing. Be a change agent and facilitator with internal stakeholders from sales to operations teams. Working closely with all stake-holders within internal (Implementation, Sales, Call Centre) and external (Operation, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, IT, CX, Audit and etc.) to define product requirements and ensure the integrity of final delivered solutions, processes and documentation. Planning and monitoring of product development cost efficiently to ensure product development cost is controlled. Preparing all product deliverables and documentation (e.g. SOP, RACI, User guide, On boarding processes and etc.). Conducting training for front liners, e.g. Sales, Implementation and Call Centres for enhancement or project rollout. Own and develop the Go To Market strategies for new product and enhancements. Design and own the UAT journey together with the QA team
