Primary Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end thought leadership content strategy aligned to enterprise brand and business objectives Lead development of high-value content assets including white papers, executive POVs, webinars, video series, blogs, and industry reports Establish governance models, editorial standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all thought leadership content Partner with subject matter experts, creative teams, and agency partners to shape complex healthcare topics into compelling executive-level narratives Collaborate with digital, social, and direct marketing channel leads to integrate thought leadership assets into multi-channel campaigns and demand generation programs Drive innovation in content development and distribution by leveraging AI-powered tools and advanced analytics to improve speed, personalization, and effectiveness. Own editorial calendar planning and ensure timely delivery of content across channels and priority moments Monitor and analyze performance metrics including engagement, downloads, and lead influence; deliver insights and recommendations for optimization Support development of content and messaging for industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums as needed Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Overall 13+ years of experience with 8–10+ years of experience in content strategy, thought leadership, or B2B marketing Experience working with AI-driven content tools and marketing automation platforms Demonstrated experience leading development of complex, insight-driven content for executive or professional audiences Solid understanding of healthcare industry trends and the ability to translate insights into compelling narratives Proven excellent editorial judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate strategically while managing multiple workstreams in a matrixed, global environment At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
