We seek a skilled expert in the high-risk crisis response topics of workplace violence prevention, insider risk, protective intelligence and threat assessment to join our expanding threat management team.
The role of Associate Director is that of a fee-earning consultant who will be expected to market, sell and deliver end-to-end consulting projects including both readiness and responsive services related to workplace violence (WPV) prevention. Some of these projects will include WPV prevention program reviews and collateral development, executive briefings and trainings, WPV and active shooter training, and crisis management exercise development and facilitation. In addition, the individual will advise clients who are dealing with crisis situations and challenges related to an evolving threat environment leveraging previous experiences in this area as well as knowledge of Control Risks’ processes. This role will require 24/7 availability and preparation of detailed threat assessment reports pertaining to complex threat situations will be required as well.
