With nearly 30 years in business, Kalex Partners Inc. is a leading boutique firm in Toronto specializing in business valuations, dispute resolutions, damages quantifications, forensic accounting, investigative accounting, and transaction advisory services.
We are looking to hire one or more highly skilled professionals to join our team at the Associate Director or Director level. This is an in-person role in our Toronto office, offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and take on a high level of responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

✅ CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) or CFA designation is an asset
✅ CBV designation (for Director), substantial completion of CBV program (for Associate Director)
✅ Experience in business valuations, dispute resolution, forensic accounting, and investigative assignments
✅ Strong research skills and financial analysis capabilities
✅ Advanced Excel and Word proficiency
