POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Director – Learning Solutions is responsible for leading the VXI’s end‑to‑end learning design, learning technology, and LMS operations, supporting both client‑facing projects and internal enterprise learning needs. This role oversees instructional design, content development, AI‑enabled learning tools, Workday LMS administration, and the delivery and growth of Learning‑as‑a‑Service (LaaS) paid engagements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Instructional Design and Content Development Owns and leads end‑to‑end instructional design, including needs analysis, solutioning, learning architecture, content development, and evaluation. Oversees development of client/program training programs and internal corporate learning content. Ensures adherence to adult learning principles, ADDIE/SAM methodologies, and quality standards. Drives innovation through microlearning, blended learning, performance support, and simulation‑based learning. Performs root cause analysis and recommends targeted learning interventions based on performance gaps. Learning Technology Leadership (LMS/LXP, AI‑Enabled Tools, Simulators) Owns deployment, governance, and maintenance of enterprise learning technologies, including LMS/LXP ecosystems, content tools, learning automation, and AI-enabled learning platforms. Leads implementation and continuous improvement of VXI’s AI-enabled simulators and practice tools. Partners with IT and vendors to manage integrations, data flows, enhancements, and platform scalability. Drives adoption and measurement of digital learning solutions across the enterprise and client engagements. Ensures infrastructure readiness and technology standards across geographies. Workday Learning (LMS) Administration, Reporting & Governance Oversees Workday Learning (LMS) administration including configuration, role permissions, learning paths, catalogs, compliance tracking, and reporting. Implements analytics dashboards to measure training effectiveness, compliance, and learner behavior. Manages LMS governance, change management cycles, and testing of Workday updates/releases. Ensures data accuracy, audit readiness, and alignment with enterprise HR systems. Leads a team responsible for catalog management, support tickets, operations, and LMS improvements. Learning‑as‑a‑Service (LaaS) – Paid Client Engagements Leads and grows the Learning‑as‑a‑Service business line delivering instructional design, content development, LMS administration, and advisory services to external clients. Partners with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to define SOWs, pricing, solution architecture, and resource requirements. Ensures client satisfaction, quality of deliverables, and achievement of commercial targets. Drives standardization of delivery frameworks, project governance, templates, and operating models. Represents Learning Solutions in client pitches, scoping meetings, governance sessions, and business reviews. People Leadership & Stakeholder Management Leads a team of Instructional Designers, TSIM Admins, LMS Administrators, and Project Managers. Coaches and develops team members, ensuring upskilling in new learning technologies, tools, and methodologies. Partners with Operations, Training, HR, IT, Quality, and other functional leaders to drive learning requirements.
