Job Description Coordinating and leading the work of project team members to deliver intelligent and robust traffic engineering, transport planning, modelling and road safety solutions to meet the needs of our clients. ·Being accountable for traffic engineering and transport planning, modelling delivery and verification on a range of transport projects· Mentor, guide teams to achieve technical requirements and deliver the projects. Good hands-on experience of Strategic, operational modelling software’s viz, Saturn, Vissim, Visum, SYNCHRO, Sydra and other relevant software’s. Develop, nurture, and grow the delivery capacity and capability across to ensure adequate resourcing and timely delivery of pipeline of opportunities. Handling teams for performance and encouraging the teams to take up the works and motivate to deliver for exceptional outcomes. Involve in recruiting resources for the regional requirements, aligning and training the resources for technical requirements. Be a people leader and supporting and mentoring to develop the skills. Develop and evaluate alternative conceptual designs; consolidate project alternatives and recommendations from stakeholder inputs. Collaborate with Management in the development and execution of significant project pursuits and delivery. Establish relationships with external and internal clients, industry associations, potential consultant team members. Qualifications · Master of Engineering (or equivalent education) in a Transportation Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in Transportation planning/modelling. · Overall 13-14+ years of work experience is preferred. · Prior experience of working in Global Design consultancy and leading Transport Planning teams in a global design consultancy firm is preferred. · Experience in working in international projects of UK&I, ME, USA, ANZ and others · Hands on experience of modelling software’s of strategic, operational modelling Additional Information At AECOM, you will have freedom to grow in a world of opportunity Our Freedom to Grow hybrid working philosophy is the cornerstone of our success as a business – supporting a culture of flexibility, trust and performance at AECOM.
