  • 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in Sales and treasury management, financial operations or risk management in a corporate or banking environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director plays a key role in driving business development and growth through strategic treasury and payment solutions. This role emphasizes close collaboration with the Corporate Finance team across the Prairies to deliver tailored financial strategies that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading consultative sales efforts to generate new business and deepen existing client relationships.
  • Partnering with internal teams to structure deals and close opportunities aligned with client goals.
  • Supporting implementation and ensuring timely delivery of treasury solutions.
  • Advising clients on cash flow, liquidity, and working capital strategies.
  • Promoting adoption of innovative digital products and staying ahead of market trends.
  • Ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across all client engagements.
