YOUR MISSION

The ABK Workplace Organization is part of Activision’s CAO Organization and is responsible for delivering excellence through safe, cost-effective real estate strategies and services. With a portfolio of over 2 million sq. ft. across the globe, Activision’s workplace is a critical component to delivering on the company’s strategic goals while serving as a destination for employee collaboration and productivity.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to lead the development of employee experience programs that support our collaborative and diverse culture. This role is responsible for curating and managing purpose-driven workplace experiences across various project types, including client-facing, non-client-facing, and global in-house center locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elevating the employee’s experience through strategic management of services, amenities, and programs that cater to both resident and hybrid workforces. As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will design and implement hospitality-focused initiatives that align with the company’s goals and values.
This role will be onsite, with possible travel required to assess and optimize program success across locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace operations, food service management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and managerial experience in driving holistic workplace experience initiatives and managing teams to deliver on strategic objectives.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to craft presentations and business cases to C-suite executives, clearly articulating strategies and recommendations.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of emerging physical and digital workplace ecosystems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to think strategically and tactically with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing new programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Independent, with the ability to challenge assumptions and provide thoughtful recommendations.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage food and beverage programs, including catering, snack services, and onsite dining options, ensuring high-quality offerings.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the workplace, including office environments, employee amenities (transportation, fitness, mailroom), and all aspects of employee experience.
  • Manage a team of embedded service providers and vendors, ensuring seamless and consistent service delivery across all locations.
  • Stay ahead of global workplace trends, innovations, and best practices to foster a growth-driven culture within the company.
  • Track and analyze the impact of experience programs on employee satisfaction, productivity, and cost management.
  • Evaluate and implement technology solutions to provide employees with easy, single-point access to workplace services and amenities via company platforms.
  • Establish clear governance and policies to ensure workplace services evolve with the needs of both employees and the business.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including managers and leadership, to foster a positive and supportive employee experience.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships to streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
