Description
As part of the team, the Associate Distribution Technician is responsible for the distribution and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment to point-of-care locations throughout the campus independently or with indirect supervision. Using automated systems as tools, performs physical inventories on regular intervals, replenishes and rotates stock, facilitates complete capture of patient account charges, adjusts supply par levels as appropriate in concert with supervisor and manager, and keeps point of care supply areas organized. Makes recommendations for improvement. Responsible for maintaining the efficient functioning of the central supply and equipment inventories and responds to customer supply orders for special items throughout the shift.
