The JUSTIN Wine Society team is seeking a full-time Associate, DTC Customer Experience for a temporary 2-3 month assignment. Be part of the spring wine club season—supporting members and delivering standout service for 3 premium wineries. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our wine club members for all three wine brands: JUSTIN, Landmark, and Lewis via a variety of omnichannel platforms, including phone and email. This Associate will support the Manager, DTC Experience, and the Sr. Associate, DTC Customer Experience, with daily and special tasks. Job Description Ensures world-class customer service is provided in all facets of omnichannel communications (to include telephone, email, live chat, text, in person) with all members and customers Displays concierge-level service style when interacting with members, customers, vendors, and colleagues Actively recruits members to join wine clubs for all three brands Actively sells wine to existing members and customers Works with Manager, DTC Experience to resolve logistics issues including deliverability, compliance, returns, and damages Works with Manager, DTC Experience to manage seasonal club charges, decline capture, and new member inclusion and recruitment Engages with external departments and vendors as needed in support of Wine Society eCommerce and Club requirements Proactively supports Manager, DTC Experience in all daily ecommerce and club order systems, shipping, and customer service tasks and goals Works with Manager, DTC Experience to manage customer tags, to include employee and special pricing qualifications Maintains accurate record-keeping and CRM database information Participates in on-property events and executes off-site events, as needed Qualifications 2 years sales, hospitality and/or marketing/public relations experience in the wine industry preferred Proven success working in a customer service and/or sales position or industry Must be able to accommodate a varying schedule throughout the year as determined by the ebb and flow of traffic to our different business units Must be willing to work rotational schedule, including weekends, as needed Proficient with Microsoft Office -- especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Knowledge of Commerce7 or similar, a plus Wine Certification (WSET, CMS, CWS) a plus, but not required AA degree from an accredited institution Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience. Responsibilities

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to wine club members across three premium wine brands via phone and email, while actively recruiting new members and selling wine to existing ones. The Associate will also assist management with daily tasks related to logistics, seasonal charges, decline capture, and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM.
