REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales/key account management with focus on eCommerce (client side or retailer) within the FMCG/CPG industry
  • Working knowledge of E-Commerce business model (from demand generation to distribution) is required
  • Strong analytical and data mining skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work effectively with diversified stakeholders internally and externally

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with assigned ecommerce retailers to execute on integrated content and promotion plans that drive business impact.
  • Implement the eCommerce strategy in partnership with the sales & marketing teams to maximize sales through asigned eCommerce channels in Singapore
  • Manage budget, operational cost and agency / partner investments for all eCommerce related activitity.
  • Execute Customer specific business building programs in partnership with Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Identify opportunities for Abbott and its Customers based on a strong understanding of their strategies and shoppers.
  • Along with the ecommerce manager, present marketing plans, specific programs, shopper insights, latest research and best practices to the Customer and Brand teams for their input, support and alignment
  • Ensuring product content is compliant with basic and enhanced standards including establishing A+ content for our products on e-retailers and basic/enhanced content on targeted sites
  • Track and analyze each program/campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Leverage the data captured from the Ecommerce channel to provide inputs on areas around ROI measurement, KPIs tracking, etc.
  • Complete historical analysis at the department/item level to determine opportunities to grow sales and optimize inventory.
  • Identify areas of “lost sales” based on inventory, make supply recommendations.
