Coordinate project activities with cross functional team including Marketing, Creative, Site Merchandising, Web Developers, and 3rd party vendors.
Ensure the project is launched on time and meets project requirements by keeping management notified of progress and/or deviation from project schedules (deliverables, milestone dates, resources, etc.).
Work with email content management platforms to update and publish content.
Perform the final assessment and approval of email content prior to publishing while working with business partners to resolve issues before launch.
Respond quickly to change in scope or project schedules and communicate to management any impacts to the project across all marketing channels.
Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and tools to maintain a shared knowledge base among the Digital Operations team.
Assist team on various projects to help improve the overall digital experience or enhance our internal tools.
Assess processes and communication methods of delivery schedule and identify improvement areas by working with manager to implement change where needed.
Proactively seek out opportunities to learn more about brand business processes, systems, and use knowledge to suggest new ideas or changes to improve overall effectiveness of processes.
Proactively and clearly communicate with cross-functional partners, accommodate change requests and questions, and deliver the content builds in a consistent and timely manner
