Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Human Resources or a related field. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills and experience are also encouraged to apply. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Employee Engagement, Event Management, Project Management, Communications or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong extracurricular leadership and project experience are welcome to apply. Demonstrated experience leading or supporting projects, whether through university, internships or previous employment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce engaging and creative content. Creative eye for design and experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in photography, videography, video editing and content creation will be an added advantage. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. A collaborative team player who is comfortable engaging and working with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Key Responsibilities As an Associate, Employee Experience, you will play a key role in driving employee engagement initiatives across the organisation. Your responsibilities include: Support the Assistant Vice President in planning and executing company-wide employee engagement initiatives and programmes. Plan and coordinate leadership engagement activities. Execute employee recognition and appreciation programmes, including awards and culture-building initiatives. Develop, review and edit employee experience related communications, while designing engaging visual assets and materials. Maintain and update the Employee Experience HR Portal (SharePoint) to ensure content remains accurate and relevant. Manage and curate employer branding content across social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram including copywriting, photography, videography and creative design. Coordinate employer branding photoshoots and video productions to showcase Astro’s culture, people and workplace experience. Support the planning and execution of culture and engagement programmes that strengthen employee experience and reinforce Astro’s values. Assist with additional projects and ad hoc assignments as required by the reporting manager.
