Description

Job Description Support customizations and enhancements of Finacle Core Banking System (CBS) Gain exposure to and assist with Temenos Transact modules and implementations Assist in the integration of core banking systems with digital banking channels (mobile banking, internet banking, APIs) Support system upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives Work on real-world banking use cases across multiple financial institutions Assist in the development and customization of core banking solutions (primarily Finacle) Support integration between CBS, digital channels, and third-party systems Assist in day-to-day issue resolution and ensure system stability Contribute to report development and data handling requirements Participate in testing activities (unit testing and UAT support) and deployment processes Collaborate with senior engineers, business teams, and project stakeholders Person Specification Final year undergraduate or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in software development, including internships Basic knowledge of Java, SQL, APIs, or integration concepts Strong interest in the banking / FinTech domain Willingness to learn and work across multiple core banking platforms Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Exposure to core banking systems (e.g., Finacle or Temenos) will be an added advantage Understanding of digital banking, APIs, or microservices architecture is desirable Familiarity with banking products (loans, deposits, payments, etc.) will be an added advantage
