What success looks like in this role: We are looking for a Data Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, strong SQL skills, and hands-on reporting experience across BI tools. The role requires high competence in SQL for in-tool reporting and strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and Power Query, to deliver accurate and actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and in-tool reporting Use Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, advanced formulas, and Power Query transformation Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements Stay current with evolving data tools, technologies, and best practices You will be successful in this role if you have: ITSM processes Servicenow reporting Servicenow Performance analytics Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries, performance optimization) Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI preferred; Tableau/Qlik acceptable) Mandatory Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizen Active Australian Security Clearance - NV1/NV2 Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
