Role Description: This position is for a Product and Technical Service technician who is under general supervision. Assists with conducting technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks. May assist in orienting, training, and assigning the work of technical/business support employees. Responsibilities: · Support & provide service via calls, emails and tickets · Work on provided offline activities · Follow given SOP’s and flag any unresolved issues, escalations to L2 · Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problems · Flexibility towards shifts and week offs as per requirement · Implementation of Controls programming changes · Troubleshooting and resolving platform based deviations · Flair for root cause analysis and tracking issues to closure · Understand changes in the controls setup and initiate/recommend changes to the stakeholders · Additional adhoc activities to support business goals · Guide team members Basic Qualifications & Experience: Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work University Degree – B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering A minimum of 1 year prior relevant experience Working hours’ flexibility to meet customer requirements Should possess a good behavioral attitude Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
