Job Description Provide daily support through SummitAI for issues related to VPN, O365, printers, operating systems, OneDrive backups, and applications Handle device hardware–related issues or escalate them as needed Configure MacBooks and Windows laptops for new and existing users Manage warranty-related repairs with vendors, including follow-ups and payment coordination Perform onboarding tasks such as Active Directory (AD) account creation and laptop allocation Manage AD configurations, including alias updates, attribute changes, group membership, and mailbox setup Allocate and maintain Microsoft licenses Configure CCTV systems and perform daily operational checks; maintain CCTV logs and performance records Update and maintain IT asset records Manage Dialog/Mobitel portal activities when required Handle GDPR and security responsibilities, including IAM, MFA, incident response (IR), data protection and privacy, and access log monitoring Support audit- and compliance-related reporting when required Person Specification Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Knowledge of Windows, macOS, AD, O365, basic networking, and ticketing tools Understanding of GDPR fundamentals and security best practices Experience with CCTV/NVR systems, Veeam backups, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) Familiarity with monitoring tools such as OpManager Basic understanding of IAM and MFA technologies Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Customer-focused support mindset Good documentation and reporting skills Confidentiality and data protection awareness Time management and task prioritization skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Vendor coordination ability 1–3 years of experience in IT/Helpdesk and PC support
