Join our Electrical Test Design team to support the development of automated electrical test solutions for aerospace applications. This early career, development-focused role is designed for individuals eager to grow into a professional engineering career. As part of this position, you will benefit from structured mentoring and on-the-job training, with the potential for sponsorship of an accredited engineering degree. You'll gain exposure to software programmes and get hands-on experience in our dedicated lab, learning to use a wide range of electrical equipment while contributing to real-world aerospace projects. - Assist in designing and developing electrical test systems under guidance from experienced engineers. - Support integration and testing activities for aerospace products, including hardware and software elements. - Learn and apply engineering principles to solve practical problems in a structured environment. - Contribute to documentation, test procedures, and compliance activities. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team. - A-levels or equivalent in STEM subjects (degree not required at entry). - 0-1 year of relevant experience (early career position). - Prior experience in electrical engineering or test design is not required, but an interest in learning and developing in these areas is essential." - Exposure to STEM subjects through education or projects. - Competent user of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel." - Strong appetite to learn and adapt. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Proactive approach to problem-solving."
