JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for individuals with strong foundations with drive and potential to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will have these core responsibilities:

  • Lead team meetings and discussions, learning how to facilitate productive conversations and ensure all voices are heard while helping the team stay focused on priorities.
  • Support the tracking of team progress and help identify potential roadblocks early, working with more senior team members to develop solutions.
  • Learn to understand and document how different teams and processes work together, helping spot areas where improvements could be made.
  • Assist with keeping projects organized and on track by helping monitor timelines, resources, and team commitments.
  • Work alongside different departments to help maintain clear communication channels and ensure everyone has what they need to succeed.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm approach to finding practical solutions when challenges arise.
  • Natural communication skills with the ability to build trust and connect with different types of people.
  • Good listening abilities and patience when helping resolve conflicts or misunderstandings between team members.
  • Genuine interest in understanding how teams work and helping others succeed in their roles.
  • Organized mindset with attention to detail and the ability to keep track of multiple ongoing activities.
  • Experience with automation tools and basic scripting is highly valued for improving team efficiency.
  • Background in data analytics or strong interest in learning data visualization tools to track team metrics.
  • Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) is a plus, but we also welcome candidates willing to obtain certification.
