This role is responsible for monitoring site-specific capacity, resolving production constraints, and ensuring balanced supply-demand alignment. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve utilization, optimize throughput, manage WIP levels, and support product/test platform transfers while driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, or semiconductor operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of capacity modeling tools Familiarity with production metrics such as OEE, UPH, and throughput monitoring. Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools. Good communication skills in English; able to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams. Key Responsibilities: Review site-specific capacity (testers, handlers, probers) and resolve constraints using JDA and Supply Health tools. Crosscheck utilization rates of top-running products and drive improvements with production, engineering, and maintenance teams. Address UPH/OEE gaps with IE/OR partners and track issue resolution to completion. Monitor weekly throughput, identify root causes of low output, and ensure timely resolutions. Track weekly WIP levels, report high WIP situations, and drive plans to return to required levels. Track and update schedules for test platform and product transfers in TPS/SCP systems. Review and resolve zero-capacity cells to ensure smooth production flow. Manage load balance across locations and align capacity with business needs. Lead collaboration meetings with cross-functional teams and manage related projects. Preferred Skill: Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong project management and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
