The project: This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages. You’ll be responsible for: Manage engineering aspects of MEP services, including Programmes, HSW, Quality & Commissioning. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to implement strategies and initiatives. Influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders up to C-suite level. Provide technical expertise for tendering, procurement strategies, and specialist packages. Review contracts, scope, schedules, and support commercial teams throughout lifecycle. Drive design reviews for compliance, carbon reduction, and operational energy standards. Implement commissioning strategies aligned with Mace standards and project milestones. Use digital tools for productivity assessments and risk identification. Ensure high-standard project close-out and deliver continuous process improvements. You’ll need to have: Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, FLS, and systems integration (BMS, SCADA, PMS, CCMS, AV, Lighting Control, Tetra, Security/CCTV, Access Control, IPTV/IRS). Strong knowledge and application of design management principles. Excellent understanding of prefabrication and build strategies. Broad experience across multiple sectors delivering diverse building types. Meets KSA visa criteria with proven experience on high-value projects for PMC businesses. Awareness of carbon and sustainability factors shaping project delivery. Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
