Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of problem-solving approaches with OPEX (Operational Excellence) Experience facilitating effective communication across teams Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment Knowledge of lean principles and the ability to apply them to establish and/or improve processes Excellent Interpersonal skills, decision-making, planning, project management, and leadership skills Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects Team player Result oriented Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
