Description

Key ingredients for success:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture or complex IT environments
Experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade solutions
Strong understanding of integration patterns, cloud environments, APIs and modern application architectures
Familiarity with architecture modelling approaches (e.g. ArchiMate, BPMN)
Exposure to enterprise architecture tooling (e.g. LeanIX) is a plus
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
Experience with structured intake processes, backlog management or translating business demand into delivery‑ready work items
Strong analytical thinking, documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Motivation and ambition to grow into a broader enterprise architecture role
