They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets. Those in business development at PwC will focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and expand the Firm's client base. Your work will involve building relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business objectives. As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Business development: Proactively assist in the management of key clients, while reporting to Private leader. Understand the goals of clients and aligning the team to these objectives, setting clear priorities and direction Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients. Ability to build relationship, follow up, coordinate pursuit efforts for the key targets together with other Lines of services which include market research, understanding client's needs, update over the account plan, monitor actions agreed, proposal management etc As a first point of contact in terms of Private leads and follow up from the first client meeting. 2. Private Network/ Profiling Management: Support in conducting / coordinating Private events like nextgen clubs, publication, social media related, Family Business Survey, etc. together with the rest of Private team Support/connect with PwC Global / Regional on relevant events / coordination Support Private team with relevant training over family governance and PwC tools 3. Private Operations: Regular update to LoS leaders / Private team meeting about Private sector development in support to Private leader. Support in preparing the regular monthly meetings and generating monthly Private reports. Analyse the development of the account plan. 4. Marketing & Communications Content & Thought Leadership: Support the development and production of thought leadership publications, reports, blogs and articles (e.g. CEO Survey, industry reports, client newsletters). Draft and edit content for internal and external communications channels Events Management: Support end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events (workshops, luncheons, webinars, firmwide events) Manage logistics, prepare event materials and track post-event performance Digital & Social Media Support management of PwC Vietnam's digital and social channels including content creation, scheduling and performance tracking. Assist in email marketing campaigns and digital reporting Reporting & Administration Maintain activity trackers, project timelines and budget records Compile data for monthly and annual performance reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, business, finance or economics At least 1-3 years experience working in an accounting or commercial accounting role with exposure to helping clients and teams solve problems; or experience in the role of executive assistant for C-Suites/ Chairperson. Able to build strong relationships that inspire openness and trust, as well as to collaborate in teamwork settings with colleagues and clients Demonstrable ability to handle work professionally, in teams and independently with a strong client service mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in English.
