Your mission Manage the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle for our rider gear, from planning equipment orders and coordinating with central teams to ensuring 100% supply coverage across national markets. Optimize inventory integrity by overseeing quality control, stock-taking processes, and maintaining real-time digital records to ensure operational readiness. Drive equipment lifecycle and maintenance, including the assembly, distribution, and scrapping of courier gear, while coordinating with specialized cleaning and tailoring partners. Facilitate seamless courier touchpoints by managing internal shop operations, and equipment distribution to improve the overall rider experience and onboarding flow. Execute logistical and administrative excellence through precise delivery note management, material transfers between hubs, and the implementation of efficient inventory control systems. Adapt to evolving business needs by collaborating with management on ad-hoc projects and additional tasks designed to improve regional logistics performance. Qualifications Secondary education Minimum 1 year of work experience in the field of logistics. Fluency in English, both written and spoken User-level proficiency in MS Office applications.
