Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled Webcast Manager to join one of the top webcasting platforms, managing Japan-based pharmaceutical clients’ webcasting projects across the APAC region. This is a remote role requiring exceptional organizational, technical, and communication skills, with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale productions.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and certification on the platform, enabling them to deliver high-quality virtual event experiences for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end webcast projects for Japan-based pharmaceutical clients, from planning to execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including technical support, production, and client services, to deliver seamless events.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during live events, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for each project, including post-event reports and feedback.
  • Stay updated on platform features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
