DnA Overview
The Data and Analytics (DnA) team is a newly established function that integrates the Data Integrity and Portfolio Analytics teams. DnA plays a critical role in supporting key functions across the organization, including Investment, Investor Relations (IR), Core Portfolio Management (Core PM), and Fund Finance. At its core, the DnA team plays foundational role in Pantheon’s data ecosystem, ensuring accurate ingestion and integrity of Pantheon’s core data —including client, managed fund, deal, investment, and asset data. PURPOSE OF POSITION
The motivated Associate will join DnA’s Portfolio Analytics team to support the firm-wide analytics capability for Pantheon’s evergreen / semi-liquid vehicles as well as single asset GP-led secondaries and co-investments. The role requires private markets knowledge coupled with semi-liquid fund (40 Act, SICAV) expertise who specialize in using data and analytics to drive better investment decisions and insights.
The role partners closely with various teams firm-wide, such as Core Portfolio Management, Investments, IR, Technology, Portfolio Data and Valuations, Fund Finance, to support investment, risk and distribution teams’ evidence-based decisions on portfolio construction, liquidity pacing and performance storytelling. The role will require working with Technology and Data Modelling teams to systemize the analytics across the firm to build both tactical analyses and strategic solutions to better equip our investment teams as well as investors.
