Aberdeen Ridge is bringing a new way to view senior living in Colorado Springs. One that’s built on the vision you have for your retirement years. That’s rooted in Christian values and service to older adults of all faiths. And one that surrounds you with vistas that inspire.
Here at Aberdeen Ridge, we have a special culture of learning, growth, and engagement. This culture starts with our friendly team members. Everything we do is about providing a great experience for our residents and is rooted in our heritage as a faith-based, not-for-profit organization. We have a wonderful and caring team, and we’re always looking for the next addition to join us.
Be EMPOWERED to actively participate in the lives of our residents and their families. For over 75 years, Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America (PMMA) has proudly provided exceptional care and quality of life to our residents across several locations in Kansas, Missouri, and now Colorado. The Associate Executive Director plays a key role in fostering a culture of personalized care, responsive service, and team engagement, while upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance. This position is instrumental in helping communicate and implement PMMA’s policies and procedures in alignment with federal, state, and local guidelines that govern long-term care as well as ensuring quality care and peace of mind for residents and their families. At Aberdeen Ridge, we view our community as the residents’ home. The Associate Executive Director alongside the Executive Director helps bring this vision to life by promoting a home-like atmosphere and modeling person-centered care in every interaction.
