Are you a servant leader with a passion for supporting seniors and inspiring teams? LCS is seeking an experienced associate executive director in the senior housing industry to assist the executive director with the overall administration of Charter House located in Rochester, Minnesota.
The associate executive director will work closely with the executive director to ensure the overall success of the community. This role provides hands-on leadership in operations, team development, resident experience, and regulatory compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry.
  • HSE License in the state of MN preferred.Passion for serving seniors and commitment to delivering extraordinary experiences.
