Description

Formulate, design, develop, implement, maintain and support supervision and regulation related systems to serve the key functions of the following stakeholders: Drive change for Finance, Procurement & HRM in identifying process gaps and new platformofferings Integrate Oracle ERP and HCM cloud with other systems using API’s, web services and OICmiddleware. Ability to work on Oracle BIP and OTBI reports. Perform root cause analysis for high severity incidents and problem tickets. Provide support to Business users under Finance, Procurement and HRM on system-relatedissues, including system configuration, report building, and minor enhancement. Proactively manage all incidents and problems, prioritizing issues of varying severity.

Responsibilities

The role involves formulating, designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting regulatory systems for key stakeholders. It also includes driving change in Finance, Procurement, and HRM by identifying process gaps and new platform offerings.
