Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist whose organizations focus on building world-class products to enhance both our client and banker experiences, with consideration and respect for building and fostering deeper relationships across Wells Fargo. You will join a fast-paced, high-impact team where you will play a key role in ensuring both executives manage their time, products, travel, and events efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide a high level of professional support, including a balance of experienced executive-level administrative work and ongoing ad-hoc projects and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports.
  • Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions.
  • Support projects and critical initiatives
  • Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning.
  • Act as an information source on group and company policies.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Interact with external partners, customers, and vendors.
