Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of executive administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education

Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to deliver high-level administrative and strategic support to executive leadership. This role is part of a centralized administrative team and offers a unique opportunity to work in a strategic support position that provides visibility, variety, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Deliver high-level administrative support to senior leadership and multiple executives, while managing daily logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications with precision and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Provide professional support by balancing executive-level administrative tasks with ad hoc projects and business initiatives, such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and generating routine reports.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate extensive travel arrangements, and handle high volumes of documentation with accuracy.
  • Act as a key information resource on departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Receive direction from leadership while exercising sound judgment within defined parameters and continue developing expertise within the centralized administrative team.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve team goals.
  • Interact professionally with external clients and partners, representing the organization with a high level of service and discretion.
