The Boeing Company is searching for an Associate Project Management Specialist (Project Manager) to join our F-22 Depot Partnering team at the Berkeley, MO location. This individual will drive execution for significant elements, to include: support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities. Establishes leads for new Depot Activation efforts, including: standing up Depot Level Repairables (DLRs) repair capability, software maintenance, and additional air-vehicle maintenance capabilities within a depot facility.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience interfacing with Depot for parts builds and modifications, and rack refurbishments
  • Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ years of experience direct experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience working with external suppliers, internal cross-functional teams, and/or Common Core Functional Teams toward a common goal in any of the following areas
  • Experience in earned value management
  • Experience with Aircraft Systems
Responsibilities
  • Provides oversight and recommendations for completing projects on time and under budget.
  • Executes elements of support program activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.
  • Develops support program plans and schedules for depot activations, validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems.
  • Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of USAF, Depot maintenance and sustainment processes and procedures.
