Description

Works on a variety of equipment and in various environments within the buildings as conditions require. Responsible for various tasks such as changing lights, changing air filters, minor plumbing & toilet repairs, battery testing, ordering parts, cleaning of mechanical spaces, assist building engineers with major repairs & projects, and other duties as assigned. Will be required to work outside on the grounds when conditions warrant, such as snow removal, lawn & garden care and parking garage cleaning. Will perform assigned periodic maintenance tasks. Required Qualifications: * 2 years of mechanical/electrical/electronic related field experience * Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
