Associate Facultative Broker (Sydney OR Melbourne) Aon’s Reinsurance Division specialises in treaty, wholesale and facultative reinsurance broking and innovative risk financing solutions. Based out of our Sydney office, the Associate Facultative Broker will be responsible for supporting the existing team in the placement of Facultative Reinsurance for various clients. You will be responsible for: Assisting the team in the implementation of client production strategies as set by the Head of the Facultative division (ANZ and Pacific) Developing relationships with current carriers, and assisting in the identification of potential new carriers Assisting the senior facultative brokers to meet the teams’ revenue goals Providing and maintaining a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management. Manage daily client enquiries and keep clients regularly informed on the status of their facultative reinsurance placements Supporting your colleagues in the management of Casualty & Property renewal discussions and placements. Placement of Facultative Reinsurance, including cover confirmation to clients Supporting the Facultative Reinsurance team delivery of Digital Innovation and Digital Platform requirements (online trading systems, data input) To follow full compliance guidelines and be mindful of the E&O policies within the group To be successful in this role you will display A sound knowledge of general insurance/ reinsurance, across the commercial classes Self-disciplined and organized with a motivation to work to tight deadlines Time management and organisational skills are essential with excellent attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient in the use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel 2580878
