Key Responsibilities Case Management: Oversee family law files from the initial consultation through trial or settlement. Legal Drafting: Write and review pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal briefs. Litigation Support: Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Client Relations: Advise clients, negotiate settlements, and offer consistent case communication. Qualifications Education: J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Texas Bar. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of family law experience. Previous courtroom experience (temporary hearings, trials) is a major asset.
