Job Description What’s on your menu? ​Be relentless in researching, reaching out to, and speaking to the right decision-makers in a business. Required to close new accounts as successful partnerships. Be sales-minded and resourceful to hit set KPIs. Work with internal support functions to ensure that every successful partnership that goes live on the platform meets all requirements for processing. Kept records of calls and sales and noted useful information in an organized fashion. A knack for objection handling, persuasiveness, instilling urgency, and acting in a fast-paced fashion. Problem-solving comes second nature; constantly striving to provide solutions that are in sync with the company's offers. Constantly excelling in meeting and exceeding KPI elements set by the company. What do you bring to the table? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in field sales or business development roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a sales-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and software. Experience in conducting market research and identifying potential leads. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development opportunities.
