What You Will Do As the go‑to technical expert for your region, you will: Repair, service, and test Stryker’s electronic and mechanical devices to manufacturer and regulatory standards. Deliver preventive maintenance, calibrations, and annual checks on equipment in hospitals and clinical settings. Install systems and complete hardware and software upgrades at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to clinicians. Manage your own schedule and regional travel with autonomy while meeting service commitments. Partner with Customer Service to keep workflows smooth and customer expectations met. Document all service activities accurately for compliance and full traceability. Support internal teams and customers with technical advice and training. Action recalls, field safety notices, and regulatory‑driven field actions in collaboration with quality teams. Identify and escalate insights on product performance and customer needs to drive continuous improvement. What You Bring Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medical Electronics, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Software, Medical Physics, or a related technical field. Valid driver’s license. Strong hands‑on technical capability and troubleshooting ability. Preferred Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or trade experience. Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills. Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
