Description

Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer premises. Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other routine services; conducts minor product repairs within an assigned territory. Inspects products to ensure proper operation and resolves detected issues, escalating according to established procedures when necessary. Schedules service visits, completes all required documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and a clear understanding of product functionality.
