In this position, you will contribute to the technical maintenance of ATMs as your main focus, with additional support for retail environments. Your main duties will include: Perform installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of hardware and software products—primarily on customer premises. Carry out scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other service tasks, including minor product repairs within your assigned territory. Assess equipment to ensure proper operation, resolving issues directly or escalating them following established procedures. Manage service scheduling, complete all required documentation, and collaborate with customers to ensure high satisfaction and clear understanding of product functionality.
