This is a grant-funded contractual position. Job Roles/Responsibilities: Provide assistance and support in office administration and maintenance; raise RoPs for further processing; ordering medicines to Pharmacy department and taking relevant approvals from Finance; arranging medicines for all research projects; supervise the staff of housekeeping; pantry and security section and ensure the smooth operations being followed as per the guidelines provided; coordinate with ware house for issuance of material, equipment, furniture and stock items for field sites; arrangement and distribution of tea stuff; ensure that all supplies and stationary are properly entered in the system; coordinate with Maintenance department for repair and maintenance; take continuous follow ups from support department for ensuring the completeness of work on time; visit field sites for audit purpose of equipment, medicines, leave forms, attendance and supplies; perform any other task assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: You should have/be: Bachelors; three to five years of relevant experience preferably in research setup; good networking and interpersonal skills; resilience and ability to cope up with work pressure; good negotiation and management skills; good verbal and written communication skills, willing to travel to field sites on need basis; proficiency in computers especially MS Office; excellent Team Player. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
Responsibilities
The Associate will provide assistance in office administration, manage supplies, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations. They will also coordinate with various departments and conduct audits at field sites.
