About the role
The purpose of the Associate Finance Analysts – Business FP&A role is to be responsible for the day-to-day processing of the forecasting and reporting routines. The Finance Analysts – Business FP&A will be part of the broader UK FP&A Team, requiring building a working relationship to implement standardised UK processes. The role involves transactional processing, analysis and adherence to Group controls following SOPs to execute the tasks within agreed SLAs and KPIs
Role Accountabilities
Performance Reporting

Control Environment
About you
Ideally, you will have good knowledge of operational finance reporting, financial forecasting and analysis, alongside previous experience of working with Finance ERP systems and Business Reporting Tools.
If you have a strong understanding of accounting concepts or are currently in progress of completing a Professional Accounting Qualification (AAT /ACA / ACCA / CIMA) – this would be highly beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to operate in a fast paced and demanding environment, diligence, and proficiency of data management – will all be key.
