Introduction to the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Finance Business Partner / Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, performance analysis, and business decision-making. The role involves extracting and interpreting financial data from multiple systems and preparing high-quality management reports and presentations for Business Unit (BU) leadership and stakeholders. Some of the things you will be doing: * Extract, consolidate, and analyze financial data from systems such as Oracle EPM, SAP, Power BI, and other reporting tools * Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual BU financial performance reports * Develop and maintain management decks, board packs, and review presentations for senior leadership * Coordinate with Finance Business Partners to collate and standardize variance analysis and commentary * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting deliverables * Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget / Forecast) and highlight key business drivers * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes * Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in reporting * Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business requests What Technical Skills, Experience, and qualifications do you need * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, lookups, basic financial modeling) * Working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) for presentation development * Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle EPM / Smart View (preferred but not mandatory) * Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is an advantage * Good understanding of financial statements and variance analysis * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly * High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines * Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting with 10+ years' experience. * CA / CMA / ACCA (qualified) preferred –3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business finance. or semi qualified with 5+ years CSC is a global business, legal, and financial services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, providing knowledge-based solutions to clients worldwide.
