QUALIFICATIONS

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher), preferably in Business/Finance, and 1-2 years of experience in a Financial or Business role
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, and budgeting and forecasting practices
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting
  • Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau, as well as Netsuite (or other ERP systems) is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities
  • Act as the go-to person for all cost and budget-related questions, ensuring transparency and clarity across the business.
  • Lead cost forecasting, budgeting, and cost governance, while continuously improving related models and processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, drive, and track cost optimization and assess new investment initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and People Operations to ensure accurate, transparent financial and employee-related data.
  • Deliver clear and actionable reporting to executive leadership, both on a recurring basis as well as ad hoc.
  • Foster a culture of cost awareness, ownership, and accountability across the organization.
    Your tasks will, however, evolve as you grow into the role, and there’s no better place to be able to shape your role and responsibilities as we are currently expanding in new markets.
