Participate in Urology Finance Leadership Team and provide leadership to the broader Urology Finance organization Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial analysis, planning, and business support Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting Strong systems proficiency, with hands-on experience in analysis and reporting Experience working in a complex, matrixed, global organization MBA or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Familiarity with Oracle EPM Planning and SAP Prior experience in a mid-size to large company Experience partnering with commercial organizations or functional teams Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights Proven ability to lead, influence, and partner cross-functionally Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong financial acumen with attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated ability to act autonomously and provide consultative support Demonstrated ambition and readiness to progress into more senior finance leadership roles Requisition ID: 615131 Minimum Salary: $140000 Maximum Salary: $266000 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
