  Associate - Finance Operations - BPO  (BASED AT MAS LEGATO - MALABE) MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on offering Finance and HR services across the organization. The time and operational efficiencies created through a shared services platform makes MAS Legato a critical component of MAS, as a future-ready organization. Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Legato team as an Associate - Finance Operations. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the BPO team to be responsible for the execution of timely and accurate processing of financials for assigned Clients, to consistently exceed the expectations of the customers.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Reconcile business bank accounts. * Enter and process daily payment receipts.  * Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).  * Handle compliance requirements (PAYG / STP lodgments & Super) * Computation of other tax liabilities such as GST and payroll Tax. * Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS). * Produce financial reports and perform account data analysis. * Handle payroll related activities and preparation of bank reconciliation. * Monitor daily communications and liaison with clients to solve daily operational issues. * Support new client onboardings and trainings.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Degree in Finance / Financial accounting / CIMA, ACCA or ICASL or equivalent professional qualification. * 1 to 3 years of experience with Australian accounting practices.  * Proficient in using the XERO and MYOB accounting systems. * Excellent command of English and ability to work under minimum supervision. * Flexibility of working within the Australian time zone. 
Responsibilities
Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of financials for assigned clients, including bank reconciliations and AP/AR management. The role also involves handling Australian tax compliance, payroll activities, and producing financial reports.
